REFUND POLICY

Is it possible to return my order from Claude?

Yes, returns are possible only for non-custom goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you've ordered from Claude, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all original parts, components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.

  2. It's clear that the product has only been handled normally; damage from careless handling is not covered.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

  4. The product was defective upon receipt.

  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

  7. Custom goods are not eligible for returns.

*We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


Is it possible to get a replacement/refund for custom goods from Claude?

Yes - If we made an error on your custom item, or the custom item arrived damaged/faulty, we will make it right! 

This means if you email us  at "contact@claude-paris.com" within 14 days of receiving your faulty custom item, we will either provide a full free replacement, or offer a refund (Depending on your preference) to make sure we make it right.

How can I return or request a replacement/refund for my order?

To initiate a return, if your order meets the above criteria, please:

  • Send an email to: contact@claude-paris.com

  • Include in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • Your first name and last name
    • Your address

We will then contact you with the return address.

Please do not send the return to the sender's address. We will provide you with the correct address once you have contacted us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

If you are a natural person engaging in a transaction not predominantly for commercial or professional purposes, you have a right of withdrawal as follows:

Right of Cancellation


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Due to our fully automated system, orders are executed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot halt the shipping process until delivery, and refunds are not possible until receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Claude, by a clear declaration (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete upon our receipt of the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, please be aware of potential longer transit times, over which we have no control. If the goods are en route to you, cancellation is not possible. We ask you to wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return. You may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

For the fastest possible return process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal


Upon your withdrawal from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type offered by us), without undue delay and within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract and have received the goods back. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
